For typical orders our turnaround time is usually within 1-2 days;; however due to the high volume of orders that we are expecting from Groupon Customers, our turnaround time may be up to two weeks or longer in some cases depending on size of order. We hope you can understand as we try to give the same high-quality customer service to everyone. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
